The product was described as is. I was just disappointed that it arrived to me damaged. My box was crushed most likely during shipping at some point. I had ordered this acrylic stand with another non fragile product and that other product was not damaged at all. This particular acrylic has multiple parts and only one of then was cracked in half. There was a lot of air in the box, so it made me wonder if proper packaging would have protected the stand. I love a lot of Jmeeshop products, but this incident has made me cautious on buying fragile products.
