1) In case of "Pending" Status

- Upon clicking the cancel order button, you can immediately process a full refund for a complete cancellation.

- For partial cancellations, processing may not be possible due to additional or non-deductible shipping costs.

However, if you agree to cancel and refund only the product price without deducting the shipping cost, please provide the order number to our "Contact Us" page. 

We will review the order status and approve the request accordingly. (This process takes approximately 1 day)

- Please note that shipping information cannot be changed.

However, if you provide with your order number to our "Contact Us" page, we will assist you in checking the order status and facilitate any necessary revisions.

2) For other shipping statuses

- Please understand that it is difficult to order cancel and change the delivery information.

- For pre-order products, modifications can be made until the deadline for changing the delivery address.
