We appreciate your booking and would like to provide you with some information for your visit.
□ Location: 6-1, Seongsui-ro 18-gil, Seongdong-gu, Seoul, Republic of Korea
□ Dates : 2024 Feb 2nd (FRI) - Feb 5th (MON)
□ ID checks and queuing for entrance are available from 30 minutes before admission time.
□ ID verification is required for admission, and entrance will not be possible without a valid ID.
→ Valid ID : Passport, residence card issued by the Republic of Korea
□ Payment method: card only (accept: Visa, master, amex, Unionpay, JCB / some international cards may not be accepted)
· For overseas credit cards issued in a country other than Korea, payment can only be made if the card is an 'enabled for International and Domestic Use' card.
※ Notice for Visitors:
- Make sure to bring your ID with you. If you don't have your ID, you can't enter.
- ID checks and queuing for entrance are available from 30 minutes before admission time.
- Pop-up store tickets cannot be sold or gifted by the person who booked them to anyone, and only the person who booked the ticket can enter the event.
- Within the same time slot, enter the pop-up store in the order that your ID is verified.
- Parking is not available and we recommend visitors use public transport.
- Admission times may slightly change depending on how crowded the pop-up store is on the day.
- Personal luggage cannot be stored inside the pop-up store due to the risk of loss.
- To prevent congestion and ensure a safe event, we do not allow merchandise giveaways/exchanges between individuals inside the pop-up store.
- Photographs and video footage may be taken for the purpose of promoting the event. (visitors' faces will be blurred when images are used)
- We do not sell disposable paper shopping bags in the pop-up store. Visitors are encouraged to bring their own bags, and JMEE SHOP reusable tarpaulin bags are available for purchase if needed. (5,000 KRW / 430*220*365mm)
※ Notice Regarding Purchase
- The merchandise has a purchase quantity limit. (*One order form paper per person/*noted in the order form(MD list))
- Some of the new merchandise that is on sale at the pop-up store will also be available online after the event. More details about this will be announced on the JMEE SHOP Twitter account in the near future.
- Purchasing method
STEP 1. After ID checks, you will receive a ticket, order form paper, and admission gift, and then enter.
STEP 2. Feel free to view it during the booking time for each time slot and fill out the order form.
STEP 3. Take the order form and receive the receipt after paying at the counter.
STEP 4. Check the receipt at next to the counter and receive the purchased product.
- Exchanges and refunds for defective merchandise are only available on the day of purchase.
(Please note that it is difficult to verify information about defective merchandise if it is not on the day of purchase)
- For exchanges and refunds due to defects, please visit the pop-up store reception by 8:50pm with the card used for payment, receipt, and 'unboxing video taken on the day'.
※ Notice Regarding event
- Lucky draw event: With a receipt for a purchase of 10,000 KRW or more, you can participate in the 100% winning lucky draw. (You can participate once a day regardless of the purchase amount.)
- Purchase gift event: Get 2 free photocards with any purchase of 100,000 KRW or more at the pop-up store! (*2 photocards per set / 1 random set from a total of 13 sets) (1 set per person (each day)
- Lucky draw event and Purchase gift events will provide stamps on the order form and receipt upon completion of participation. Using receipts from different dates or time slot is not allowed.
- Visitors are welcome to leave letters at the pop-up store to the authors who participated in the pop-up. A postbox will be installed inside the pop-up store, but large envelopes can be difficult to deliver. (*Maximum size of the envelope: 15*15*3cm)
